I just got back from the doctor!!! My infraction went from 45% to 30. So, I am back on heart meds!!! For Ruth, I am on Dioxin, Lisinaprel, and Spironolactone. I have to go back in a month to see how things are going. Russ on the other hand passed his check up and doesn't have to go back for 6 month!!!
He did tell me I could exercise if I tolerated it. If not walking is what I'll have to do. If I get too tired exercising I am to quit. I am going to try to change my diet too. Although what I have, diet won't make a difference. Mine is all electrical!!! Wonder if my son in law can fix me??? He does electrical work! It would be my luck if he shorted me out! LOL
Tomorrow for dinner we get our first broccoli from the garden! I can't wait!!!! Everything is about gone in the garden but planting time is march here so we won't have long to wait. We still have cabbage , carrots, leeks and romaine, plus lots of peppers in there.
Well, folks! Think I go get in bed and sulk! No really, I 'll read and watch Nancy Grace! LOL

Those veggies from your garden sound so good! Don't ya just love knowing that they came from your garden rather than some garden in Mexico? LOL
Well, darn, I'm sorry you have to go back on all those meds. At least, they are all generics and cheap--or they should be!!
Fresh broccoli sounds so good. I might have to stop at the store on the way home to get some.
Sunday I went to an orchard near LaPorte for fresh cider and was looking at the shelves and shelves of jams and jellies they had and thought of you and all the jelly/jam making you did earlier. some of these were unusual combos, but sounded really good. I didn't get any, since I had just got a big jar of peach butter at another orchard. Have you tried making fuzzy navel jam--a combination of peach and orange, no alcohol. It makes a yummy glaze for ham!
Better get some work done since I'm typing this at work!! They don't pay me to have fun around here LOL
