I never knew I'd ever be so thrilled to get a washer and dryer hooked up! Mike and Russ went to Lowes at 7 AM and got my dryer. I was up at 3:30 this morning finishing up the painting on the wall where they go. After breakfast tacos from NO.2 , Mike got the washer and dryer in and hooked up. I have been doing laundry all day. It is driving Mike nuts since he is still working on walls in there. I had to have clothes!!!!! I was down to shorts today! It is 39 out!!! I was freezing my kister off. The first load was sweats!
Russ has battle scars today! He was folding down one of the van seats and it fell back. It peeled all the skin on top of his left hand. It was a bloody mess by the time he drove home. I got his whole hand bandaged. His meds make his skin so thin that the least bump makes him bleed. While ago he was playing with Bo and one of Bo's nails scrapped his other hand and it was bleeding. He just gave up and went to take a nap! He gets so discouraged. Between bleeding and getting tired easy, it really gets him down.
Kris called this morning (several times) and with hints from me got lots of her shopping done! Lucky girl! I still have everyone here to do. We are doing $10 each presents this year and she sure is a good shopper. By the time I getting around to going out everything on the lists will be boughten by someone else! Does that mean I don't have to shop??? I hate shopping. Maybe that's why I only had shorts this AM. LOL
My dryer just buzzed! I love that sound!!!!! Later......

its such a good feeling to get your appliances humming after a brief but long lapse. I can totally understand. I need to get to mine but oh my gosh its been overrun by not just one mountain but a multitude! I am in denial but will have to face it sooner or later. Its only 18 here! wanna come and share our beautiful weather????? LOL
